- NOTE: THE RETRACTABLE INTERNAL SUNVISOR CAN BE LOWERED AND RETRACTED, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE FACESHIELD IS UP OR DOWN.

WARNINGDO NOT attempt to adjust while riding.
- REMOVING / INSTALLING THE SUN VISOR
- NOTE: FIRST, OPEN OUTER SHIELD TO THE HIGHEST POSITION. THEN LOWER THE SUNVISOR TO LOWEST POSSIBLE POSITION.
- Firmly hold the sunvisor with your hand and gently pull one side out away from the helmet to release.
- Repeat to release the opposite side.
- Reverse process for installation.
KWIKWICK® III LINER REMOVAL
- AERO SKIRT
- The pliable Aero Skirt was designed to reduce wind from entering behind the face shield area, specifically to keep your face warmer in cold weather.
- However, the aero skirt of EXO-TECH EVO series is not removable. It is strongly attached to mouth cover by engineering design because it can take off when you flip-back the chin bar.
- CHEEK PADS REMOVAL (EXO-TECH EVO)
- Occassionally the interior may require removal for washing or replacement.
- 1. Slide your thumb behind the cheek pad.
- 2. Gently tug the cheek pad away from the helmet interior wall. There are three plastic snaps that require unsnapping. At the same time slide the plastic trim out of the helmet channel.
- Repeat this process for both cheek pads.
- Reverse this process for installation.
- CROWN LINER REMOVAL (EXO-TECH EVO)
- 1. Remove the cheek pads.
- 2. At the back of the helmet pull the crown liner away from the shell unsnapping the two snaps.
- 3. Pull the crown liner out of the helmet while gently detaching it from the forehead channel.
- Reverse this process for installation.
- Note: The aero skirt is not removable. Flip the chin bar back before removing the cheek pads or the crown liner.
- CHIN CURTAIN (•EXO-TECH EVO PRO/ EXO-TECH EVO CARBON ONLY)
- EXO-TECH EVO PRO
- - slide frame of the chin curtain into the gap between chin bar bottom.
- - please check if the chin curtain stays strong.
- Reverse this process for uninstallation.
- NECK ROLL & CHEEK PADS REMOVAL (EXO-TECH EVO CARBON/ EXO-TECH EVO PRO)
- Occassionally the neck roll and cheek pads may require removal for washing or replacement.
- 1. Slide your thumb between the neck roll and cheek pad at the area closest to the chin bar area and gently tug the neck roll/cheek pad away from the helmet interior wall. (There are three plastic clips that will need to be unsnapped away from the chin bar area.)
- 2. Repeat this process for both sides.
- Reverse this process for installation.
- Once the neck roll/cheek pads are removed you can remove the crown liner component.
- CROWN LINER REMOVAL (EXO-TECH EVO CARBON/ EXO-TECH EVO PRO)
- Occassionally the crown liner may require removal for washing, replacement or to change sizes.
- 1. Remove the cheek pads.
- 2. At the back of the helmet pull the crown liner away from the shell unsnapping the two snaps.
- 3. Pull the crown liner out of the helmet while gently detaching it from the forehead channel.
- Reverse this process for installation.

WARNINGSmall neodymium magnets are used to the ratchet mechanism for easier operation.
The magnet force is not very strong, and generally each magnet size is not considered as dangerous.
However, consult your physician before using if you are a pacemaker wearer and not sure about the effect caused by these magnets.

WARNINGBe sure to hear the “click” sound to check the two hooks (positioned in red circled area of each side) are properly latched, and the chin bar is securely closed. This is very important for your safety.

All ScorpionExo® helmets have a warranty of 5
years.
Although there is no visible damage on your helmet, general wear and tear over time may affect overall function of protective helmet and increase the risk of injury in accident. It is advisable to replace your helmet no later than every 5 years from purchase.
Should you have a warranty claim, go to your Scorpion dealer with your invoice (this is you purchase proof, it's necessary in order to start the warranty process).

The dealer will contact our after sales service and start the warranty process in order to check and/or repair your helmet. - LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
