FEATURE SUMMARY

1. Pinlock® Prepared Faceshield
The shield is with Anti-Scratch hardened coating, and is ready for Pinlock Max Vision system, thr world’s best fog free resistant system.
2. KwikWick® C Liner Fabric
KwikWick® C anti-microbial fabric keeps you cool and dry in warm weather, warm in cool weather Liner is easily removable and washable.
3. KwikFit
KwikFit cheekpads allow easy on and off of PRESS UP TO RELEASE the most common styles of eye glasses
4. Ellip-Tec II Ratchet System
Easy, Secure, tool-less faceshield changes in seconds. Pulls the shield back against the eyeport gasket during closing to ensure a proper seal.
5. Aero-Tuned Ventilation
Five intake ports across the front of helmet forces cool air in while four exhaust vents maximize movement of hot air out.
6. Face Shield Lock / Vent System
Shield securely locks in place. Or use City Mode for a light air flow when riding at low speeds.
7. Advanced Dual-Density EPS:
Advanced multi-layer EPS provides efficient energy displacement in key areas. EPS liner throughout entire chin bar area.
FACESHIELD LOCK & VENT LEVER
TO OPEN: Unlock the faceshield by pressing your thumb up on the faceshield lever until it snaps open. LIft faceshield all the way up.
CITY MODE: Unlock the faceshield by pressing your thumb up on the faceshield lever until it snaps open. Leave open at first detent to provide air flow at low speeds.
TO CLOSE AND LOCK: Close the faceshield by sliding it down all the way and pressing the faceshield lever until it snaps shut. Test by trying to open the faceshield to make sure it locked into place.
NOTE: THE FACESHIELD CAN ONLY BE REMOVED OR INSTALLED WHEN IN THE FULLY OPENED POSITION!!!
To remove the faceshield, place the helmet in front of you with the eye port facing away. Ratchet the faceshield up to the fully open position. Using both hands, push up the Y shape release latchet upward and the shield is able to release out of locking mechanism. Then, with both of your thumbs pushing squarely on the center of the Ellip-Tec® II, gently pull or “peel” the faceshield away from the helmet.
To install the faceshield, make sure the faceshield axis (1) and the stopper (2) are positioned properly as shown in the below picture. Then push the axis (1) first, and then push the stopper (2) strongly so that they can be sat on the right track. Test the faceshield by opening and closing it several times to verify it is properly installed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to latch up the “Y” release latchet while removing the faceshield!

KWIKWICK® C

CHEEK PADS REMOVAL
1. Grip one cheek pad by slipping your fingers behind the pad near the eyeport. Gently pull the cheek pad away from the helmet to release the three plastic retainer snaps.
2. Remove the plastic cheek pad flange from the helmets lower rim along the rubber trim. Reverse entire process to reinstall.
CROWN LINER REMOVAL
Occassionally the crown liner may require removal for washing, replacement or to change sizes.
First, remove the Cheek Pads.
At the back of the helmet pull the crown liner away from the shell.
Pull the crown liner out of the helmet while gently detaching it from the forehead channel.
Reverse this process for installation.
AERO SKIRT REMOVAL
The pliable Aero Skirt was designed to reduce wind from entering behind the face shield area, specifically to keep your face warmer in cold weather.
You do however have the option to remove the Aero Skirt for cleaning or for warmer riding conditions.
TO REMOVE Simply tug on the Aero Skirt and it slides out of the rubber trim channel.
Reverse this process to re-install.

Warranty Info

WARRANTY
All ScorpionExo® helmets have a warranty of 5 years.
Although there is no visible damage on your helmet, general wear and tear over time may affect overall function of protective helmet and increase the risk of injury in accident. It is advisable to replace your helmet no later than every 5 years from purchase.
Should you have a warranty claim, go to your Scorpion dealer with your invoice (this is you purchase proof, it's necessary in order to start the warranty process).
You can find our dealers' list on ScoprionExo websites listed below (choose your country and then the location).
The dealer will contact our after sales service and start the warranty process in order to check and/or repair your helmet.
