1. TCT Composite or Carbon Composite Shell
Developed exclusively by Scorpion, the TCT (Thermody- namic Composite Technology) shell is a proprietary blend of fiberglass, organic poly-resin fibers to create a light and durable shell matrix. Carbon composite shell is also available for ultra light weight and more durability.
2. Magnetic Ratchet System
The helmet volume can be much smaller and the ratchet can be much simpler thanks to Scorpion’s patented magnetic ratchet system. The shield can be opened in a convenient semi-automatic way using magnetic force. To lock the shield in opened position, you need lift it up one step more until you can hear a “click” sound.
3. SpeedView Retractable SunVisor
Retractable interchangeable internal sun visor. Choose the up or down position with the flip of the switch. Features our exclusive EverClear anti-fog coating on all surfaces.
4. Low-Profile Top Super Vent
Specially engineered intake and exhaust ports for optimum airflow to maximize cool air in and accelerate warm air out.
5. Speaker Pockets
Speaker ducts designed into the EPS allow compatibility with communication unit speakers up to 40mm.
6. 3D Contoured Cheekpads
Plush removable and washable 3D contoured cheekpads for ultimate fit and comfort lined with our KwikWick III Fabric.

SpeedView INTERNAL SUN VISOR

To release the sun visor, pull the lever down.
Sun visor will drop down .
To hide the sun visor, push the sun visor up to start position.
Small neodymium magnets are used for easier operation.
The magnet force is not very strong, and generally each magnet size is not considered as dangerous.
However, consult your physucuan before using if you are a pacemaker wearer and not sure about the effect caused by these magnets.

LINER REMOVAL

REMOVING THE CHEEK PADS
1. Grip one cheek pad by slipping your fingers behind the pad near the eyeport. Gently pull the cheek pad away from the helmet to release the three plastic retainer snaps.
2. Remove the plastic cheek pad flange from the helmets lower rim along the rubber trim. Reverse entire process to reinstall.
REMOVING THE CROWN LINER
Once both cheek pads are removed, grasp the crown liner near the back of the head, and pull the liner toward the eyeport to release the two plastic snaps. Once unsnapped gently tug on the crown liner to release it from the forehead tension groove.
Reverse entire process to reinstall.
1. Open up the face shield.
- make sure push up the face shield over a little bump
2. Take off the hex screw from the helmet.
- Hex screw size - H2
3. Take off the face shield from the helmet.

Warranty Info

WARRANTY
All ScorpionExo® helmets have a warranty of 5 years.
Although there is no visible damage on your helmet, general wear and tear over time may affect overall function of protective helmet and increase the risk of injury in accident. It is advisable to replace your helmet no later than every 5 years from purchase.
Should you have a warranty claim, go to your Scorpion dealer with your invoice (this is you purchase proof, it's necessary in order to start the warranty process).
You can find our dealers' list on ScoprionExo websites listed below (choose your country and then the location).
The dealer will contact our after sales service and start the warranty process in order to check and/or repair your helmet.
